EDIT: Well, that happened.

Wow.

We’re still on sale for 50% off until January the 2nd, or something.

But still…

Wow.

EDIT: Today, only, we’re not just fifty percent off – we are SEVENTY. FIVE. PERCENT. OFF. You can now go buy Dredmor, today only, with the small pile of loose change in your couch.

WHAT HAVE WE DONE…

It’s bargain time again at Steam, where the good folks at Valve are running a Winter Sale event! Dungeons of Dredmor is 50% off until January 2nd; Realm of the Diggle Gods, our brand-spanking-new expansion, is for sale at 50% off as well!

But wait, there’s more! The Super Indie Bundle Pack is for sale until January 2nd only! For only $19.99, you can get Dungeons of Dredmor AND nine other great games, including Cave Story+, Revenge of the Titans, and more! Buy it here.

There may be a small task for you to perform later.

Just bought the DLC two hours ago. Can I get my money back? 🙁 Or at least a license for desura, when it comes out for linux?

LOL, I regret nothing from grabbing the DLC back on Friday, but such is the way with sales and releases on the PC this time of year.

Time to see how far I can stretch my meager remaining funds since the Diggle Gods cleaned me out of ones!

How do you guys manage to make any money ?

I got the DLC when it was full price and I’m still going to throw money at you as long as I get more fresh things for Dungeons of Dredmor. Anyway that’s really nice of you to put it on sale so shortly after releasing, though I might imagine some people are going to bitch the 1.50$ they could have kept “if you would have said anything about dlc going on sale beforehand” riiiight.

I was briefly mad. Then I remembered it only cost me $3. Also, I like this company/game.

Same as Jeff– I really don’t mind giving you guys lots of money. 🙂

I hope people consider getting doubles with the money they save. You can give a copy to a friend, or on Steam Gifts!

    You guys are completely ridiculous.

    75% off.

I was able to buy the full complete game for my girlfriend for less than it would cost to get a whopper at burger king.

    think about that.

So I guess it makes sense to just install steam and buy it that way, since the HIB 1.0.8 update seems to be basically on indefinite hiatus.

I know that DLC would have been in sale this Holidays, but I preferred to pay it more some days ago. Just to show my appreciation for the game, best revelation of 2011. Cheers from Italy 😉

I have a couple of suggestions to throw out here. First, the lutefisk cube and n-dimensional lathe can be purchased from a craft vending machine for free. I also found the axe of dinglenit in one of brax’s shops which I could also obtain for free. And lastly, on a more personal note, I would really appreciated if you either changed how transdimensional dodge works, or made it a castable spell instead of constant effect. I’ve honestly been hindered by almost as much as it helped (getting teleported into a monster zoo I sealed off earlier, Getting teleported to a location that puts monsters between me and the exit I was just sprinting toward, getting teleported to a location where I am surrounded, etc, etc.) I understand it is supposed to be useful in a per-case basis but I have died thanks to it several times, and I feel like that is just a cheap death I could do nothing about, being that leveling up should be an upgrade to yourself, not give you a chance of randomly dieing when the entire point of dodging is to stay alive longer. This is just my frustration with being a rouge now, and I would greatly appreciated if you guys were to rework this.

I bought the dlc when it was known as unknown valve app, and by Krong I am proud of that fact!

Hi, just asking about HiB 1.0.8, it’s one of the few games i can play on my Netbook and i’d really like to without desura. Please put a playable Version on.

Hmm, are further patches scheduled for osx ?
Just downloaded RotDG and the game crashes either when loading old saves or trying to start a new game…

Never mind. Read in the forums that this is a known issue, so I’ll just have to wait 🙂

75% off is silly. Silly, I tell you.

So silly that I gifted the complete pack twelve times.

You guys must be living on ramen or something. I convinced a few of my friends to grab Dredmor on Steam (for the silly price of AU$2).
