The Lutefisk Knows No Boundaries

It has been a long and productive day deep in the Gaslamp Diggleworks, but we are now unfortunately fairly certain that the Big Announcement we have been promising must be postponed due to forces beyond our control.  We hope to make it up to you by working tirelessly this weekend adding some really exciting features that we were worried we wouldn’t have time for.  We’ll fill you in on them very soon.

In the mean time, the folks over at RPGCodex, The Indie Shelter (Italy), and Gamin.ru (Russia) have put together some great articles describing their harrowing experiences with the Lutefisk God, crafting systems and the beta.  (You might want to filter them through Google Translate)

All good things in time I reckon. I for one hope you use this time to go mad with power and add replay recording support to the game like Brogue or some of the classic FPS offerings have such that the game can/should more easily garner a “motion pictures” legacy that will bewilder and enchant future generations to come!

The Google Translate link makes total sense since RPGCodex will always be in despearate need of a translation from Nerdrage to English… 😉

no updates for 4 days after building hype about it coming out 2 days ago?

i’d just like to be kept at least somewhat informed on what’s being worked on, and when it will be finished.

any sort of estimated time frame would be nice.

      You and us both, man.

We do have a gold version which is in a decent state to ship, but we’re only half the equation.

As soon as we know anything solid, we’ll make sure everyone knows. ‘Til then all we can do is wait.

Sounds like a distribution problem, that’s unfortunate. Hopefully they will have a way to sell their game soon, even if just on their website.

So this publisher… don’t they like money? Tell them I visit this page every day with my wallet in my hand, waiting for that distro link to appear!
